The Conference opens a series of international meetings on the contemporary issues of analytical and numerical methods in probability theory and its applications, including reliability theory, queuing theory, special classes of stochastic processes, special topics of statistics arising in applications etc. This Conference is devoted to the 90^{th} anniversary of outstanding Russian mathematician Alexander Dmitrievich Solov’ev, who made a significant contribution into the mathematical methods of reliability and queuing theory.

We hope that the Conference will bring together leading researchers in the analytical and numerical methods of probability theory and its applications. It should stimulate the discussions on the contemporary and future investigations in different areas of theoretical and applied probability. Also some problems related to the asymptotic methods of the analysis and to the history of mathematics will be considered.
